Loyalty Migration

Fairmont

In 2017, Accor acquired the Fairmont, Raffles and Swissotel. And in July 2018, their respective loyalty programs were merged into Accor’s loyalty program, Le Club AccorHotels. To assist with what would be one of the largest loyalty migrations in North America, we built three online ‘hubs’ (one for each brand) to help educate existing members about the delicate transition. We also created a cadence of emails and social media posts to ease the process and driver traffic to the microsite.
