The objective was to develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy leveraging the established Sobeys & Safeway brand and showcasing these delectable desserts across all platforms, including print, point-of-sale (POS), and digital channels. Our aim was to maintain the momentum established with Coffee Crisp Desserts and generate buzz and anticipation for the exciting new KitKat Dessert collection.
