ASK - As a gesture of appreciation for its loyal customers, Accor, a global leader in hospitality with over 4,200 properties in 100 countries, launched a rewards initiative for members of its ALL – Accor Live Limitless program.

The goal was to create an engaging and immersive experience that allowed customers to explore the diversity and quality of their North American hotels. By animating still images of their properties, Accor sought to highlight each hotel's unique features, amenities, and nearby attractions, celebrating the local culture. The experience was designed to inspire, engage, and express gratitude to their loyal customers.

THE CONCEPT - We created a sweepstake inspired by the advent calendar. Throughout December, members could visit the microsite and participate for a chance to win a new prize each day.

To make the microsite visually dynamic and interactive, we updated the graphics daily for both the prize and landing pages. We added a parallax effect to create depth and movement, highlighting the North American properties on both mobile and desktop.

We managed every aspect of the project, from contest strategy and website design to promotional materials and prize distribution, delivering a memorable and rewarding experience for Accor's members.

THE SUCCESS - The sweepstake was a tremendous success in its first year, earning four golds, one silver, and one bronze at the prestigious HSMAI Adrian Awards, an international competition celebrating excellence in hospitality marketing. It became a key feature of Accor’s loyalty program and a festive tradition for its members.

As Accor transitioned its loyalty program from Le Club Accor to ALL – Accor Live Limitless, we evolved and expanded the sweepstake to align with the new brand identity and values. Traffic increased by over 200% year over year, underscoring the sweepstake’s growing popularity. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, when travel marketing was heavily impacted, we collaborated with Accor to adjust the prizing and offer alternative ways to express gratitude to members, ensuring continued engagement during challenging times.
